Pre-order items

The waiting time for pre-ordered items will be longer. Under normal circumstances, they will arrive in 7-14 days. If it is out of stock, we will make a refund arrangement.

Refund & Exchange

All items are not available for return or exchange. If you are not sure about the size, please contact us. We are very happy to give you advice!

We will check all the products thoroughly before they are sent out. In case of receiving any damaged goods or missing delivery, please contact us as soon as possible.
